Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Stovaz Official Store – Poweredby Mor’geez Records. We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Downloadable digital products
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear) for hygiene reasons
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
4. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at contact@stovaz.com before sending it back.
5. Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are shipping items over a certain value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
6. How to Start a Return
- Email us at contact@stovaz.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
